A Marketing Leader
As a creative leader, I pride myself on creating an environment of psychological and creative safety, where all ideas are celebrated (especially the weird ones!). I work daily to cultivate the trust of my teammates by leading with honesty and vulnerability, something I honed across two years of leadership training in the Promax programs"Next" and "Thrive".

"Rick has consistently pushed me to be the best version of myself, both in my creative career and in my personal life."

Natalia Gonzalez, Senior Writer/Producer
I see feedback as an opportunity to teach and grow others, a long game that bears fruits in the form of an efficient and proficient team. As such, my performance feedback is always accompanied by examples, while my creative feedback is detailed, specific, and accompanied by the "why" behind the note.

"Working with Rick felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. He is not only an incredible creative and leader, but a truly supportive friend and mentor. People like Rick are rare."

Marc Hecht, Writer/Producer
I've seen how a strong internal culture can be transformative, not only for the employee experience, but for the audience-facing work itself. In my two years as co-chair of the Culture Committee at Paramount Kids and Family Marketing -- with minimal budget, but a ton of passion -- we turned the office from a lifeless, post-pandemic desert to an energetic space that reflected the fun of our marquee brand, Nickelodeon. A Debate Wall. Fun snacks. We even turned our Quarterly All Hands meeting into a wheel-spinning, hot-wing-eating game show. And that fun made its way into our work. It's a success story that has forever changed my view on strong office cultures. They're not a nice-to-have...they're a must-have.

"Amid uncertainty, Rick led the Culture Committee with passion, helping to transform low morale into a thriving, fun, and creative culture."
